The personalisation of government departments and their entities is wrong.
Why should we even care if or when a Minister is having a birthday?
NSFAS is a very unserious institution, so much so that they even butchered the birthday wish by being so late.
I guess it’s on brand given how late they pay financial aid to students and institutions, if at all.
