Ethiopia continues to screen all travellers for Ebola at borders
Ethiopia’s Ebola preparedness and response task force continues to take protective measures through screening cross border travellers and passengers at border entry points.
A total of 4.5 million travellers have been screened at all ports of entry to Ethiopia, according to Dr Amir Aman, Ethiopia’s Minister of Health.
About 30,000 travellers have been screened per day, he said.
Ethiopia established five screening sites at Bole International Airport, 21 at land crossings, and three at Dire Dawa,
