South Korean boy band Super Junior (Hangeul: 슈퍼주니어, also known as simply SJ or SUJU) is set to release a repackaged album in April. This is according to SM Entertainment, the band’s management agency.
On Wednesday, 7 March, Label SJ, the exclusive label established by SM Entertainment for Super Junior announced that on Monday the group completed filming the music video for their title track.
Choi Siwon (최시원) participated in recording the album, but his participation in the broadcasts and promotions are still under discussion, a Label SJ official said.
“Since Choi was part of the eighth album, he participated in the production of the album’s repackaged edition, too,” commented the agency. “It has not been decided whether he will take part in music broadcasting programs or other promotional activities for the new album.”
The upcoming release will be a repackaged edition of the group’s eighth full-length album ‘Play’, which was released in November 2017. However, the exact date of the group’s return is still unknown.
