Ryanair is coming to South Africa to recruit engineers

Ryanair, Europe’s first and largest budget airline, is coming to South Africa on 19 to 21 February, to recruit what the airline terms “experienced engineering staff.”

Between 2018 and 2024, the airline is aiming to increase passenger numbers to 200 million and its fleet to 580 Aircraft, including the introduction of the game-changing Boeing 737 MAX 200 in 2019.

“These all new 737 MAX 200 aircraft incorporate the latest technology engines and winglets which reduces fuel consumption and noise emissions, ensuring Ryanair remains Europe’s greenest, cleanest airline,” says the airline in the statement.

The recruitment Roadshows will take place in both, Johannesburg and Cape Town:

  • Johannesburg roadshow will take place at 9am and 1pm on Monday 19th February and at 11am and 3pm on Tuesday 20th February at The Lakeview Boutique Hotel & Conference Centre, 94 Wilge Road, Farrarmere.
  • Cape Town roadshow will take place 11am and 3pm on Wednesday 21st February at The DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town Upper Eastside.
