Actress, Pearl Thusi has confirmed via Twitter that she will attend the upcoming NBA Africa Game happening this Saturday, 4 August 2018.
Thusi, who attended last year’s game, has expressed her excitement over acquiring coveted tickets to the event.
Thusi tweeted on Friday, “Thando and I clearly had a good time… 😂❤️ can’t wait to be at the arena guys. Bought my tix already… 💃🏽❤️ there weren’t many left so nobody call me on the day asking for tix.” The actress tweeted this in response to seeing footage of herself at the 2017 game. The footage has been included in promotional videos sent out by NBA Africa for the 2018 series.
The NBA Africa Game 2018, which is the NBA’s third game in Africa, which will take place on Saturday, 4 August 2018, at 5:00 pm CAT, at Sun Arena at Time Square in Pretoria, South Africa. The NBA Africa Game 2018 will once again feature a Team Africa versus Team World format, with Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers and Bismack Biyombo of the Orlando Magic headlining Team Africa. Team World will be led by DeMar DeRozan of the Toronto Raptors and Khris Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks. South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest will perform at half-time.
