NSFAS shares required information for wallet-related queries

Published on

NSFAS has detailed the required information for any wallet-related queries, as many students have been reporting issues or looking to unblock their wallets of late.

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) took to Twitter on Friday, 11 December 2020, to detail the required information for wallet-related queries. This comes shortly after the scheme closed applications for funding for the 2021 academic year at the end of November 2020.

Following the deadline, the scheme announced that it would focus on the matter of blocked student accounts for those who are already covered by the scheme. The latest post detailed information that was omitted in the initial post, namely, the required documents.

The post also stressed the use of the online platforms as the primary medium of communication. Moreover, the required information and documents were listed, which include the student’s identity number, the student’s full names and surname, cellphone number and email address, the physical and/or postal address and, lastly, the query.
