NSFAS calls on applicants to submit outstanding documents
NSFAS took to Twitter to advise applicants to ensure that they have submitted any outstanding documents, as noted on the NSFAS online platform, to ensure consideration.
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) took to Twitter on Monday, 11 January 2021, to circulate an infographic for applicants’ attention. The infographic was particularly for those who have been notified of having outstanding documents for their applications.
Based on the infographic, no provision has been made for students that might not have the facilities to upload the outstanding documents. The reasoning could be that the scheme believes that after an applicant has been registered with NSFAS, they have access to facilities to do so. This is despite NSFAS having conducted physical activations to canvass for applications in 2020.
It is unclear when NSFAS needs all outstanding documents to be submitted by.
