Ndlozi: We must seek justice, not reconciliation
Mbuyiseni Ndlozi reiterated the stance of the EFF in a recent tweet, suggesting that reconciliation between races can only be achieved after land expropriation without compensation in South Africa.
The Economic Freedom Fighters’ (EFF) Commissar, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi took to Twitter on Wednesday, 16 December 2020, to reiterate the party’s stance on the public holiday that was observed on the day, Day of Reconciliation. Ndlozi, in a series of tweets, suggested that the EFF does not recognise the holiday.
His reasoning is believed to be based on the fact that the party does not believe that there can be reconciliation between races, speaking between Blacks and Whites, if there has still been no land expropriation without compensation. The matter of land expropriation without compensation has been the cornerstone of the party since its inception.
Moreover, the party has also been championing the nationalisation of most of the profitable sectors, such as mining. While the party has not been emphatic about the latter, due to the connotations now attached to the intention of nationalisation, the party is still very vocal about land expropriation without compensation.
