Ndlozi stands in solidarity with eSwatini fighters

The EFF’s Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has pleaded with the country to stand in solidarity with the people of eSwatini, who are fighting against the monarchy and calling for democratic reforms.

On Wednesday, 30 June 2021, the Economic Freedom Fighters’ (EFF) Mbuyiseni Ndlozi took to Twitter to express his opinion on a video that has been circulating on social media. The video is said to be of an incident that took place in Swaziland, as the country finds itself at war with people fighting for democratic reforms.

The EFF commissar also shared video footage of soldiers reportedly attacking female residents. The soldiers can be heard shouting at the women while lashing them with whips, as one of them appears to be dragged on the dusty ground.

In reference to the aforementioned video, Ndlozi stated, “We can’t accept this nonsense.” He continued to say that South Africa must rise in solidarity with the eSwatini people who want the allegedly corrupt and dictatorial monarch out of power. He concluding with, “Strength to these women and all forces of change in eSwatini #KingMswatiMustFall.”
