Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was quick to shut down a Twitter user’s comparison of the EFF to the ANC, claiming that the latter has failed the country in its 27 years in power.
Commissar of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), Mbuyiseni Ndlozi took to Twitter on Thursday, 29 April 2021, to defend the party against election campaign comparisons to the African National Congress (ANC). This was in response to a Twitter user who showcased the supposed similarities between the two, claiming that both parties use convoys to petition for votes. The user suggested that the convoys are proof of the funds that the parties have in their possession, which they supposedly do not put to good use.
The user further suggested that unemployed citizens should request a job from the canvassing parties, in exchange for a vote. Although Ndlozi did not touch on the supposed similarities highlighted by the user, he opted to rather encourage the masses to seek change by voting the ANC out.
Ndlozi claimed that although the ruling party has been in power for 27 years, versus the EFF which is marking its eighth year since inception, there has not been much progress. Ndlozi implored the public to first vote the ANC out in order to see the desired results.

Funny how this post equates a ruling party that has been in charge of trillions of rands in gov. budget & SOEs for 27 years with an 8 year old opposition party in charge of none! There in lies the tragedy of ignorance!
