Nasty C to take his Ivyson Tour to UKZN, DUT and MUT

Nasty C will take his Ivyson Tour to three Durban universities on Wednesday, 12 September 2018.

Rapper Nasty C is well known for having a large youth fan base. But seeing that he is only 21 years old, this comes as no surprise.

Nasty C recently took his Ivyson Tour on the road, visiting various high schools around Gauteng. He received stellar reception from every school he visited as he brought along his first signed artist, Rowlene, and posed for photographs with excited groups of fans.

On Tuesday, 11 September 2018 the rapper announced that he would next be taking his tour to three university campuses on Wednesday, 12 September. He will visit DUT Steve Biko Campus first from 10:00 till 11:30, followed by UKZN Howard College Campus at 12:00 – 13:30. He will close off the campus tours at MUT Campus from 14:00 – 15:30. He will then head to Umlazi Megacity for a performance at 16:00.

The rapper has been under the weather for the past few days, suffering from pain caused by stitches on the inside of his mouth. On Tuesday, he wrote, “You tell ni**as you’re throwing a party everybody makes the time to come thru & get drunk & act wild.. tell them you’re sick & feel like u dying & NOBODY shows up.” Nevertheless, being a consummate performer, he will stick to his performance schedule for the week.

Nasty C (real name Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo) was born in Diepkloof, Soweto but was raised by his father in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. He released his second studio album, Strings and Bling on 6 July 2018.
