Lucky Montana took to Twitter to corroborate the allegations of corruption by former CEOs of PRASA, Popo Molefe and Martha Ngoye, suggesting that they received incentives from SA Fence and Gate.
Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), Lucky Montana took to Twitter on Monday, 11 January 2021, to corroborate allegations of corruption by the CEOs that preceded him. The contentious political figure detailed his allegations of corruption by Popo Molefe and former acting PRASA CEO, Martha Ngoye,
This was in response to a post that claimed that he had said, “SA Fence and Gate donated money to Molefe’s development foundation after the company received a tender amounting to R58 million from Martha Ngoye, who was acting as PRASA CEO after he took leave in January 2015.”
In his response, he alleged that SA Fence and Gate received a contract and renewals of the initial contract worth over R310 million in three years. He suggested that was the reason for Molefe’s development foundation receiving the “donation” from SA Fence and Gate. Moreover, he accused Ngoye of illegally signing the last renewal contract.
