Mbuyiseni Ndlozi defends Floyd Shivambu against Natasha Mazzone’s criticism of his  luxury shoes

Published on

Mbuyiseni Ndlozi and Natasha Mazzone faced off in a Twitter exchange prompted by the DA Chief Whip’s scrutiny of Floyd Shivambu’s luxury footwear at the protest action against Clicks.

The Democratic Alliance’s (DA) Chief Whip, Natasha Mazzone took to Twitter to comment on the shoes that the EFF’s Floyd Shivambu wore to the protest action on Monday, 7 September 2020. Mazzone managed to strike rhetoric while lambasting Shivambu for his Prada shoes, ending her tweet by writing, “From protest to a snazzy lunch out with one removal of the beret. Forward thinking.”

Mbuyiseni Ndlozi came to Shivambu’s defence by claiming that she is too heavily invested in him and his foot size, further accusing Mazzone of “fantasizing” about Shivambu. Ndlozi ended his tweet with a cautionary message, stating, “We must guard our [deputy president] around this white woman!”

Mazzone brushed the claims off and moved on to sarcastically enquire about Ndlozi’s wellbeing, to which he responded by describing her as “an entire phobogenic object.”
