The lead vocalist of the girl band MAMAMOO, Wheein, is set to release a solo album in April.
Wheein (real name Jung Whee-in, or정휘인 in Hangeul), who is the lead vocalist of the girl band MAMAMOO (마마무), is set to release a solo debut album, local media reported on Monday, 19 March, citing the band’s management agency, RBW Entertainment (Rainbow Bridge World, or 알비더블유).
According to RBW Entertainment Wheein finished shooting the music video in Incheon (인천), and is currently working on the final touches on her solo debut album, that is set to be released in April.
Meanwhile, MAMAMOO released their 6th mini album ‘Yellow Flower’ on 7 March and is currently promoting the main title track ‘Starry Night’ that is enjoying great success in both domestic and international markets.
