[LISTEN] Denosa Gauteng wants insourcing of security guards

On Wednesday, 16 May 2018 Political Analysis South Africa’s Thando Maeko spoke to DENOSA’s Acting Provincial Secretary in the North West, Motlalepula Ramafoko.

Ahead of DENOSA’s fellow COSATU affiliate, NEHAWU’s National Day of Action march to the North West Provincial Legislature today, Ramafoko said DENOSA does not expect its members, who will also be taking part in the demonstration, to damage any of the provincial health department’s infrastructure because the protest will be taking place at a designated area away from any state hospital.

“As the organisation…we disagree and encourage our workers to not cause any damage to property. If there is an action remember that the action is not near the institution. There is a designated venue where that action must take place not in the buildings of the government,” she said.
