LISOF amongst those transferred to the STADIO Group

Popular fashion tertiary institution, LISOF, has been named as one of the higher education institutions that have been transferred to the STADIO Group, effective November 2020.

Popular tertiary institution, LISOF, is amongst those that have been transferred to the STADIO Group, as announced on Tuesday, 27 October 2020. The other tertiary institutions that were named alongside LISOF were the South Business School (SBS) and Prestige Academy Proprietary Limited (Prestige Academy).

According to the notice issued, “The business transfer is a strategic milestone that will allow the STADIO Group to benefit from the marketing, operating and regulatory efficiencies that will be realised through operating under a single brand, STADIO.”

Already listed under the STADIO Group umbrella are other private institutions of higher learning, such as Milpark Education (Pty) Ltd (Milpark) and the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (Pty) Ltd (AFDA). The transfers position the STADIO Group as one of the leading creative higher learning education providers in the country. The transfer is set to take effect on Sunday, 1 November 2020.
