Lee Min-ho to start his four-week basic training

South Korean actor and singer Lee Min-ho (이민호) is set to start his four week basic training at Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province.

On Sunday, 11 March, MYM Entertainment, Lee Min-ho’s management agency, confirmed the actor will be joining his four-week basic training on Thursday, 15 March, adding that no official meeting will be organised ahead of his entering the training center.

Upon the end of the training, the 30 year-old actor will return to his public service duty at the Suseo Social Welfare Center in Gangnam District Office as a public service officer, where he has been serving since 12 May 2017.

After serious injuries he suffered in two car accidents in 2006 and 2011, Lee Min-ho was unable to serve as an active duty soldier and was ordered to serve his mandatory military duty at the Suseo Social Welfare Center in Seoul.
