Matshela Koko has emphasised his stance on the wellbeing of Minister Pravin Gordhan, whom he believes is not well, as his last notable public appearance was at the Zondo Commission.
Former Eskom boss, Matshela Koko took to Twitter on Sunday, 16 May 2021, to reiterate his stance on the health of Minister of Public Enterprises, Pravin Gordhan. Koko raised alarm on the matter earlier in the day by asking if anyone had seen Gordhan recently, which sparked much conversation and speculation.
It was subsequently reported that Gordhan had rubbished the suggestions of his ill-health. The last public sighting of Gordhan was when he returned to the State Capture Commission earlier this year, although it was a virtual appearance.
In one of his posts, Koko stated, “Guys, Pravin Gordhan says ‘he is well’ and he slams ‘corrupt and desperate elements’ questioning his health. I don’t believe him. His sins are eating him.”
