On Tuesday, 6 March, former ‘Produce 101’ contestant and South Korean rapper, Jang Moon-bok (Hangeul: 장문복) dropped his first mini-album.
Jang Moon-bok did not make it as a member of ‘Produce 101’ final group; however, he did sign a contract with ONO Entertainment, and has now returned to the spotlight with his new album titled ‘Peeps’.
The title ‘Peeps’ is short for people, slang among friends. As the title suggests, the album is made up of songs about his ‘peeps’, or friends he has met in the music industry.
After ‘Produce 101’, Jang Moon-bok appeared on many variety shows and signed a contract to model for L’Oreal Paris. In November 2017, his collaboration with Sung Hyun-woo on the song ‘Don’t Be Afraid’ officially kicked off his music career.
