Is that Morgan Freeman?
During the premiere episode of Imbewu, viewers were certain that they had seen American actor Morgan Freeman playing as a sangoma on their screens.
The confusion escalated when the sangoma began to speak in fluent Zulu.
Viewers again took to social media to hash out whether they had in fact seen Morgan Freeman reciting lines in perfect Zulu.
As it turns out, the actor playing the sangoma is simply a dead-ringer for Freeman. The actor’s name is Bab’ Zwane.
