Hoya, former INFINITE member to make solo debut in March

Hoya, former rapper and vocalist in boy band INFINITE, will be debuting solo, according to reports.

This week, Glorious Entertainment revealed a teaser image, hinting Hoya’s solo comeback in March. This will be Hoya’s first solo mini-album, featuring his unique musical colors and performance. This also marks his first project on the music stage since his departure from INFINITE in August 2017.

Last year, Hoya decided not to renew his contract with Woollim Entertainment, and signed with Glorious Entertainment, that is managing actors like Ji Chang-wook (Hangeul: 지창욱) and Hyun Woo (현우). He now goes under another stage name Lee Ho Won.

Lately, the idol has mostly been focusing on his acting career. He made his acting debut through tvN’s hit drama Reply 1997. He was also part of My Lovely Girl, Mask, Strong Family 2017, Radiant Office, and more recently, Two Cops and the musical ‘Hourglass.’
