South African sports betting company, Hollywoodbets, has launched a live chat messaging feature for punters during the national lockdown, which can be accessed through one’s Hollywoodbets account.
The betting company launched the live chat feature on Wednesday, 8 April 2020, which appears on the home screen of its website. The feature is aimed at assisting betters with any requests or queries during the lockdown period, whilst staff members adhere to the lockdown regulations by working remotely.
According to Hollywoodbets, customers are still able place bets on a number of games including, “eSports, Jika (a product that offers betting on digital soccer and horse racing games), Betgames (a quick turnaround product that gives punters the chance to bet every few minutes on a range of different games including Poker, lucky draws, Dice Duel and Wheel of Fortune”. There is also betting available on international horse racing, ice hockey, table tennis and darts.
In order to access the live chat messaging feature, betters are requested to sign in on their Hollywoodbets account, click on the “help” or “information” button, click on the speech bubble widget – which appears on the bottom right corner of the screen, and then enter the required details. Thereafter, betters are able to message one of the Hollywoodbets agents, who will attend to their concerns.
