Gemini Major hopes to have captured the sound of summer with his new track, ‘Issa Vibe’ featuring Tellaman.
Gemini Major surprised his fans on Thursday, 20 September 2018, by announcing the release date for his new single, ‘Issa Vibe’, which features Tellaman.
Gemini Major took to social media to announce the release date of the track. “We fully ready for the summer… #IssaVibe with my bro @tellamanofficial..Friday [21 September 2018]!!!”, he wrote.
It was later revealed that the track will be the official summer bop for Standard Bank South Africa. The Standard Bank Twitter account announced the partnership with the rapper. “Let’s get @GeminiMajor to his Next! He’s been working on the Sound of Summer, he needs you to get his track to the top of the charts. Activate Gemini’s #HappiNext by RT’ing this tweet. You could win VIP experiences with Gemini, and over R10 000 in cash prizes…”, they wrote.
This will be the second single release for both Gemini Major and Tellaman this week. On Wednesday, 19 September, Nasty C released his new single, ‘Don’t B.A.B’, which features both Gemini Major and Tellaman.
Gemini Major has also been confirmed as a guest act for Nasty C’s upcoming Ivyson Tour. He will be joined by fellow hip-hop artist A-Reece and newcomer to the scene, Boity Thulo.
