Gemini Major and A-Reece have been confirmed as guest acts for Nasty C’s Ivyson Tour.
On Tuesday, 17 September 2018, rapper Nasty C confirmed over social media that Gemini Major and A-Reece will be joining him for three concert events as part of the Southern Africa leg of his Ivyson Tour.
Recently, Nasty C took to Twitter to petition for the two artists to join the tour. Through a series of online exchanges, he was eventually able to contact both A-Reece and Gemini Major, effectively booking them for the tour.
“It’s official‼ A Reece is #IvysonTour Ready‼ I Know the Country is Proud‼”, Nasty C wrote on Tuesday. He announced Gemini Major’s booking a while later, tweeting, “Bad Man @geminimaejor IS #IvysonTour Ready‼ He’s on da nasty ass joint I’m dropping tomorrow #DontBAB!!!.”.
Nasty C has collaborated with Gemini Major and his long-time friend, Tellaman, to produce a new single titled ‘Don’t B.A.B’. The single will be released on Wednesday, 19 September 2018.
Nasty C called on his legion of fans to design the cover artwork for the new single. He sent out a request for sketch ups on social media on Monday, 17 September, writing, “All my creatives! I need you!! “Don’t BAB (IvysonTour)”(Ft. Tellaman, Gemini Major) Please Tag Me”. The chosen cover features a surfboard and clear blue rippled water, which may suggest a summer vibe for the single.
