Fairvest Property Holdings releases results for year ended 30 June 2021

Fairvest Property Holdings has released its audited consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2021, declaring a final gross dividend of 11.47 cents per share.

On Monday, 13 September 2021, Fairvest Property Holdings published its audited consolidated results and cash dividend declaration for the year ended 30 June 2021. Property revenue is reported to have increased by 3.4 percent to R550.1 million, whilst operating profit increased to R323.8 million.

The group reported a profit and total comprehensive income that doubled to R289.3 million. The net asset value per share increased by 4.0 percent to 229.97 cents per share, from 221.18 cents, as at 30 June 2020.

Earnings per share reportedly increase by 136.4 percent to 29.46 cents per share, from 12.46 cents in the previous year, while headline earnings per share increased by 115.1 percent to 23.53 cents per share from 10.94 cents in the previous year. The group also declared an increase in dividend per share of 4.9 percent to 22.063 cents, as well as an approved final gross dividend of 11.473 cents per share.
