EFF arrives at Senekal Magistrate’s Court
The EFF took to Twitter to showcase that it has arrived at the Senekal Magistrate’s Court, in what it calls efforts to protect state institutions.
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) took to Twitter on Friday, 16 October 2020, to show that it has fulfilled its promise to attend the Brendin Horner murder court case at the Senekal Magistrate’s Court. The actions of the party were prompted by the violent protest action by community members during the first appearance of the accused last week.
Since then, the Democratic Alliance and AfriForum have suggested that the EFF has been inciting violence on social media by promoting its attendance. However, the visuals shared suggest that the EFF’s attendance is relatively peaceful and non-disruptive, at this point in time.
“We are in Senekal to exercise our constitutional right to protect our state institutions from the White terrorists that burnt a police vehicle and violently stormed the courts,” the EFF stated.

We are not step-children in this country; white arrogance has no place in our democracy.
