DA flights first voter registration posters

Published on

As political parties gear up for the municipal elections, the DA has taken to the streets to mount first registration posters in various provinces to encourage voter registration.

On Wednesday, 9 June 2021, the Democratic Alliance (DA) took to the streets in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and North West provinces to flight their very first voter registration posters. The party has also been busy updating its social media pages with posts.

The Eastern Cape caucus noted, “If you want service delivery within your municipality, it is crucially important that you register to vote.” The North West caucus also took to social media, stating, “Clover is to close down its factory in Lichtenburg (the largest in the country) due to the collapse of municipal services. Where the DA governs, we drive investment opportunities and create jobs.”

Political parties are gearing up for the upcoming municipal elections, due to take place later this year, and they are fighting for the support of voters. The DA has encouraged people to go and register to vote.
