The Labour Department took to Twitter to forewarn clients of the Compensation Fund that the CompEasy system is scheduled for a system maintenance, which will result in a temporary service disruption.
The Department of Employment and Labour took to Twitter on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, to forewarn Compensation Fund clients about a scheduled system maintenance on the CompEasy platform. The post stated that on Thursday, 26 November 2020, the CompEasy system will be down.
However, the department stipulated that the maintenance is expected to take less than three hours. The scheduled time for the maintenance is between 16:00 and 18:30.
The Labour Department has come under fire on social media for its alleged lack of response to clients. Some have opted to rather physically visit the relevant offices in various parts of the country. Despite it being recommended to make use of online platforms, some clients have expressed their preference for face-to-face interaction to ensure that their concerns are attended to.
See the post below.
To all Compensation Fund clients using #CompEasy Claims Management System
Kindly take note that there will be a CompEasy system maintenance on Thursday, 26 November 2020 at 16:00 – 18:30.
