The Compensation Fund has announced that it is set to shut down the CompEasy Claims Management online platform this evening, due to a scheduled maintenance plan.
The Compensation Fund took to Twitter on Thursday, 6 May 2021, to announce the scheduled maintenance of its CompEasy Claims Management System. The announcement highlighted that there is routine maintenance that needs to be carried out.
Various departments, including the Department of Employment and Labour, underwent considerable routine maintenance in February and March 2021, which appears set to continue. The recent maintenance carried out included some of the online services offered by the Compensation Fund. Therefore, the announcement of the upcoming maintenance check of the CompEasy system comes almost two months after the completion of the other maintenance checks.
The system is set to be down on Friday, 7 May 2021, between 18:00 and 20:00. The fund has also offered its apology for any inconvenience that might arise because of the scheduled maintenance.
See the post below.
Dear #CompensationFund clients using CompEasy CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Kindly take note that there will be a routine CompEasy system maintenance on Friday, 07 May 2021 at 18:00 – 20:00.
Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. pic.twitter.com/2G1AjHpwG2— Department of Employment and Labour (@deptoflabour) May 6, 2021
