The Compensation Fund took to Twitter to announce that due to the migration to a new online system, pensioners will experience a delay in their payouts this month.
The Compensation Fund took to Twitter on Thursday, 25 March 2021, to announce that pensioners who are beneficiaries of the fund will experience a delay in their payouts this month. According to the statement, the fund’s migration to a new online system has resulted in the delay in pension payouts.
The statement read, “The Compensation Fund is in the process of migrating pensions to the CompEasy system and as a result, pension payments are delayed.” The statement then went on to stipulate that the payouts that were scheduled for the day should be expected on Friday, 26 March 2021.
In concluding the statement, the fund explained that despite the delay this month, it remains committed to ensuring that all payouts are made timeously.
