The Compensation Fund has acknowledged that the ROE online system is currently not producing the auto-generated Notice of Assessment/Invoice after the submission of some returns.
The Compensation Fund took to Twitter on Friday, 30 April 2021, to acknowledge the technical issues with its Return of Earnings (ROE) online system. The system is currently not automatically generating the Notice of Assessment/Invoice for some after their submissions. The technical issue comes just weeks after the system was announced as temporarily down for maintenance.
The fund did not detail a possible cause of the technical glitch, however, it did apologise for any inconvenience caused. Moreover, the statement also affirmed that the fund has tasked its support team with resolving the matter. The Compensation Fund concluded by vowing to provide an update when possible.
