The Compensation Fund has circulated a statement acknowledging that its CompEasy annual update does have an impact on the platform’s operations, further encouraging affected users to notify the fund.
The Compensation Fund took to Twitter on Saturday, 30 January 2021, to confirm that it is aware that some users that were registered on the CompEasy online platform have been kicked out. This was attributed to the platform’s annual review, which has impacted some users and their access to the system.
The statement noted, “While the Fund considers an automated solution to address system access rights, we ask all affected users to send their queries to CompEasy Support.” The statement went on to stipulate that the turnaround time cannot be confirmed yet, and asked for affected users to be patient.
