Cassper Nyovest has sent out a vague response about the alleged money he owes to a former stylist.
Cassper Nyovest has remained mum so far on the matter involving his alleged debt to stylist Didi Simelane. Nyovest supposedly owes Didi R 60,000 for costume styling for his most recent stadium concert. Twitter has been abuzz for the past week concerning the scandal, with fans and fellow celebrities all offering their say. Nyovest however has only gone so far as so retweet sentiments sent out by others until now.
Today, the rapper tweeted a vague statement about the rumours surrounding his name. He said, “Sometimes I get confused and I wanna engage in the twitter conversations about me and then I remember that people aren’t trying to understand anything here. They are just trying to make the most noise. RTs are the currency currently.”
It may be surmised that this response was elicited after another allegation against the rapper was made just yesterday. A series of tweets were sent out by a suspicious account claiming to be the official page of musician Mshoza. The tweets alleged that Nyovest owes her R100,000. One tweet read, “It’s time I speak out. Last year I got an email from Cassper asking me to give him R100k and he will give it back after FU FNB stadium well as a good woman I wanted to help and I sent the R100k, but since then his ignoring my calls and emails I didn’t want this go to twitter.”
