BTS teases with video for ‘Euphoria: Theme of Love Yourself: Wonder’

BTS releases a 9-minute teaser hinting to the theme of their next album titled ‘Euphoria: Theme of Love Yourself: Wonder’.

On Thursday, 5 April 2018, South Korean boy band BTS released a nine-minute long video titled ‘Euphoria : Theme of LOVE YOURSELF 起 Wonder’ on Big Hit Entertainment’s official channel on YouTube. The video has already surpassed 8 million views

The video includes a warning that the content is suitable for those above 19.

The clip opens with V jumping off into the ocean, followed by a sequence of dark sequences, such as Jungkook getting bloodied and beaten, various members caught in fires and trapped in rooms, then later it transitions towards brighter scenes, with Jin and Jungkook standing solemnly, recalling happy memories of the seven members together.

All seven members – V, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, Jin, RM and J-Hope – feature in the clip.

The song “Euphoria,” presumed to be the lead song on the band’s next album, is partly revealed in the video.

‘Love Yourself: Wonder’ follows BTS’ record-breaking 2017 EP ‘Love Yourself: Her’, and will be the second in their ’Love Yourself’ series.

The video was released on the same week BTS released ‘Face Yourself’ in Japan, debuting on top of Japan’s Oricon music chart on the first day of its release.

The release date for BTS’ next album has not been announced.
