BTS music video ‘Boy in Luv’ surpasses 200 million views

K-pop boy band BTS’s music video ‘Boy in Luv’ from their album ‘Skool Luv Affair’ surpassed 200 million views on Tuesday, 27 March.

A new record was set by South Korean boy band and K-pop sensation BTS, known also as Bangtan Boys (Hangeul: 방탄소년단).

According to Big Hit Entertainment, the band’s management agency, the music video off the title track of BTS’ second EP, ‘Skool Luv Affair’ topped 200 million on Tuesday, 27 March, at around 8:35 am (Korean time).

The music video was originally released on 11 February 2014. It features the members of the band as students, acting out various scenes that showed their interest in the female lead character.

This is the eighth music video by the band to hit this milestone, after ‘DNA’, ‘Fire’, ‘Dope’, ‘Blood Sweat & Tears’, ‘Not Today’, ‘Mic Drop’ and ‘Save Me’. Moreover, music video for ‘Fire’ and ‘DNA’ have exceeded 300 million views.
