AKA excitedly announced on Twitter last night, Tuesday, 11 September 2018 that his watermelon-flavoured vodka is now a permanent Cruz Vodka flavour and is available in stores nationwide.
Award-winning artist, AKA, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes, has confirmed that his ‘limited edition’ Cruz watermelon-flavoured vodka has been made a permanent flavour and is now being referred to as the ‘luxury edition.’ In a series of tweets, the rapper took to social media last night to make the announcement and says that he is preparing to flood the market with the new addition.
He tweeted, “From “Limited” to “LUXURY EDITION”… that’s right… because you made it fly off the shelf, @Cruzvoda watermelon is now a permanent flavour!!!!!!! THANK YOU for your support and patience!!! CHEERS TO THE FUTURE!!!!! IN STORES EVERYWHERE NOW!!!! LET’S SELL OUT AGAIN!!!”
His loyal fan base has congratulated the rapper on his permanent collaboration with the luxury alcohol brand and is excited to have the watermelon flavour in stores.
AKA has also revealed that he will be shooting a television commercial for the vodka in Cape Town next week.
