Adcock Ingram announces resignation of Ntando Simelane as company secretary
Adcock Ingram has formally announced the resignation of its company secretary, Ntando Simelane, which is set to take effect from Wednesday, 31 March 2021.
Adcock Ingram, on Monday, 4 January 2021, circulated a statement announcing the resignation of its company secretary, Ntando Simelane. The statement released makes no mention of when Simelane tendered his resignation, nor does it stipulate the reason for his resignation.
“The Board of Directors thanks Mr Simelane for his commitment, advice and guidance during his tenure at the Company and wishes him well for the future. A process to find a suitably qualified replacement will commence in January 2021 and shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made,” the statement read.
It seems that Simelane will have time to do a handover, should a suitable candidate be appointed in the coming months.
