ActionSA calls out DA for planned coalition misinformation spreading

ActionSA has called out the DA for what it has called another low by the party, for spreading misinformation on an ActionSA-ANC planned coalition following the elections.

The Ekurhuleni Mayoral Candidate for ActionSA, Tlhogi Moseki issued a statement on Tuesday, 19 October 2021, in which he set the record straight and called out the Democratic Alliance (DA) for allegedly spreading misinformation, claiming the existence of a planned coalition between the African National Congress (ANC) and ActionSA. Moseki noted that the misinformation was allegedly being spread by the DA’s Ward 28 councillor in Ekurhuleni, Mary Goby.

The party set the record straight by stating that it would never go into coalition agreement with the ANC. It also affirmed it is a party that stands for the rule of law, ethical and competent leadership for South Africans, and has called out the DA’s alleged conduct as, once again, demonstrating the depths of the party’s decline. It further stated that the DA was once a party that challenged the ANC, but now seeks to oppose other opposing parties.
