7de Laan fans, here is a look at last night’s episode drama and a preview of what is to follow.
Last night’s episode of 7de Laan was the exposition leading up to what should be a highly suspenseful conclusion of the current central storylines.
While there were no major events, viewers should still have been engaged by the build up of tension.
Here is an overview of the episode events:
Chris and Mariaan were left reeling after Jacob’s surprise attack on their house. However, when Hilda entered the house and saw the chaos left behind, Mariaan pretended that the damage had been her doing. Later, the Welman’s went to see a lawyer in preparation for Lesedi’s case against Mariaan.
Justin submitted evidence of Mariaan’s crime to Lesedi. She promised to keep him out of jail. Lesedi then asked Andre to defend Justin in court despite his apprehension.
Vanessa and her team continued their preparation for the fashion show. Connie tried to pull out at the last minute, but Vanessa convinced her to allay her fears about failing as a designer.
Xander and Bonita awaited Daniel’s test results. They reconciled their differences to be supporting parents. Xander and Vanessa also shared a tender moment after Karmen’s inoculations.
Kosie finally got together with his secret crush. They went out to a movie after three rounds of hot chocolate in Oppiekoffie.
The episode closed off with Andre and Justin arguing heatedly.
